Is the happiness of a Christian different from that of a Buddhist? Does the characteristics of the happiness of a Hindu different than that of a Muslim?

The pages of history carry the clearest pieces of evidence of disagreement in religions. But regardless of which ideologies we follow, there is a universal goal in our practice to pursue one thing — and that is Happiness.
In the attempt of showing that we are more similar than different, I look into the origins, practices, and interpretations of happiness to understand can we foster unification in common beliefs and with an open mind to welcome different perspectives. And to my surprise, although the paths can be different, these 4 manifestations of true happiness remain constant. Without further ado, here are the 4 signs that you are happy — looking from 4 religions’ perspectives.
1. You have joy
Although most dictionaries explain “joy” as “the feeling of great happiness”, the 4 religions think differently. To them, being joyful is not an emotion; rather, it is your inner state. At the highest state, it is believed that you are filled with pure, warm joy from simply being.
