Instead of asking “What is wrong with me?”, start asking these questions can help you have better clarity of mind to find happiness.

Do you have that moment when you feel like a Pac Man that keeps bumping into walls after walls? Do you have that moment when you feel like a mess, a big failure? Do you have that feeling of tiredness so real you feel like you are sick physically?

If you do, I am with you.

Taking care of your mental health is tricky itself, even before Covid19. The methods we had been using like traveling to a faraway land, or having intimate bedtime talk with our loved ones suddenly, are not possible. To many of us, we are fighting through the struggle with our jobs, the struggle with the lost of our loved ones and the struggle with ourselves. It is all hell breaks loose.

For me, there were times I felt anxiety creeped in my heart, and tears wrenched my soul. In a society of East Asian like mine, talking about anxiety was like talking about a taboo. And whom mentioning it is viewed like a kid, because adult would not “whine”.

There were times, I wished that my anxiety could be visible like a broken leg. I wished if they could see it, they would have more sympathy for what I was going through.
