Being notified

Isn’t exactly

The nectar of life.

When hardship blows by,

Your name is the first

They think in mind.

Ache

I feel it everyday

The reluctance in my vein;

Tiredness in my breath

And where confusion shreds.

I feel its every weight.

Measured with full range

Of sacrifice I take

And its awaking ache.

But.

Give-up is not there

Written in my playbook.

I won’t contemplate

For such simple shook.

A Workaholic

They mutter

“The Belle of the ball”,

They whisper

“The intellectual of all”.

But why

They make her suffer?

With rumors and twisted facades

Where their expectation buffers.
